The Essentials service pack is for customers who want to extend the one-year warranty and basic service offering that currently comes with the purchase of a new RealWear device.
Specifically, you will receive one- or two-year extensions:
- Support - phone, email, and chat during business hours, with a guaranteed response time under 24 hours.
- Standard replacement – device must be returned through our RMA process before a replacement is sent out.
It is an economical option to ensure that the device remains under warranty with access to support and replacement options.
