The RealWear Navigator Z1 is the only intrinsically safe assisted reality headset, purpose-built for operation in hazardous environments where flammable gases, vapors, or dust may be present. Certified for ATEX Zone 1 and CSA C-1 D-1, it brings hands-free assisted reality to oil and gas platforms, chemical plants, and energy facilities where conventional electronic devices are not permitted. A tiltable dual-camera system combines a visual sensor with an integrated FLIR thermal sensor, giving workers both high-resolution image capture and thermal inspection capabilities in a single device.
